Return Window
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean, and returned with original packaging and accessories where applicable.
How to Request a Return
Contact service@Pavriqa.com before sending any item back. Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason for return.

Return Shipping Responsibility
For preference or change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, Pavriqa will cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping cost where applicable.
Refund Timing and Method
After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers usually take 5-10 business days to post the refund after it is processed.
